I wasn't too bad this weekend but without going to the gym I still feel gross. My goal this week is to see 170 hit the scale. A 15 pound weight loss, almost to half way of my goal. I am going to kick butt this week and make it happen. I have not been in the 160 range for a looooong time and I am motivated. This weekend when I went out a few friends actually noticed/commented on my weight loss. It was the first time that anyone has acknowledged that I am looking better and it was amazing. My knees have been killing my from running so I am going to have to do a lower impact workout and make it count!
