I’m so confused. I walked 15 steps yesterday, ate very healthy food for lunch (from Selfridges, checked calorie count and macros) and then went out for dinner but ate baked salmon and roasted veg, very healthy light and a glass of rose. Totalling my calories to 1209. Right ? I gained a KILO this morning ! What the heck ? Not my period, went to the bathroom no rhyme or reason ?!! Anyway ... of to Lisbon I go !
