As if I'm not doing enough to lose weight, I have to take a hiatus from my workouts this week. Last week I had "fire" shoot through my knee after doing one of my workouts (thank goodness I was already on the floor, because it would have put me there if I hadn't been) and now, it wants to give out on me and there is constant pain in it. I'm going to take a break and try doing some workouts that don't involve my knees or that are light on them. If by the end of this week things are not better it's off to the doctor I go. Wearing a brace actually makes it feel better, but I can't wear one for more than a few hours or it will start aggravating me. This week I'm going to try cutting my calories to make up for the calories I'm not burning off. I hope to just maintain this week. We'll see how it goes.
