Haha!! Ive been eating too much of everything! I've been dieting hardcore for 1.5 years and I think my metabolism is stuffed. Even if I eat at 1500 cals I for a week my body thinks I'm over feeding it and I put on 2 kg! Ive been trying to maintain but am just putting on. Will keep trying but seems the only way I can lose weight is to eat less than 1000 cals a day and extremely low carb. So hard but I will not give up!
