Heya I tried out some other diet sites but they don't have a lot of food options and I always had to add my own so I hope this one will work better for me :) I don't want to lose a huge amount of weight, just enough to be in the middle of normal bmi because I am currently slightly over weight and a bit self conscious about it, also I've noticd that I don't eat enough proteins because I don't like an meat apart from chicken and I feel a bit ill after eating yoghurt or drinking milk drinks and I want to try to improve myself and be more healthy so if you have any tips for me I would really appreciate it :) hmm lets see... my weaknesses are my schools homemade cookies, ice cream and apple crumble and I love eating plain white rice which isn't really healthy eather :/
