Happy Sunday everybody! Been in a bit of a stall recently and trying to figure it out. Think I’m taking in too many calories in an attempt to get max protein in. Also haven’t exercised in 2 weeks due to coming down with shingles. Took my last course of treatment yesterday so it’s back on the horse Monday morning.
