Had such a good week.. Probably haven't had a focused and enjoyable food week like this in more than a year👏🏼 However, went to Bossa tonight and had a delicious salad and 2x double vodka and lime. I haven't had a drink in 3 weeks so it was sooo good. I'm pretty over calories now, but I'm making peace with it, I had such a good time, overall still made healthy choices and was so worth it, especially since Level 4 lockdown has just been anounced, which means no sit-downs in restaurants and no alcohol sales. So all and all I'm happy. Just so grateful for finally being in the right headspace, it took so long to get here.. Just don't want to lose it. And holding thumbs that Level 4 doesn't mean I can't go to the gym 🤞
