@lila51000 J’ai perdu tous mes kilos en 1 an mais pendant le confinement j’ai arrêter de faire attention et donc j’avais repris un peu mais je m’y suis remise quand j’ai vu que je reprenais :) Si tu as besoin n’hésites pas Bon courage !
