I was on the Weight Watchers diet but I have really upped my exercise because I am going to run a 1/2 marathon in 3 weeks. I have been running around 20 miles per week and I just don't think that WW was enough food. I have not lost much weight but I notice that my body is changing, which is a good thing. I switched to a calorie counting diet and did my homework to see how many calories I need to support my running. There was a HUGE difference. I hope to see some results on the scale soon.
