It's been 6 months since I decided I needed to make a change. Was 140..the heaviest I've ever been. I felt horrible. Ate like crap. Won't do it again. I lost 10 pounds in a few months, but these last few months I can't lose the last 10. I realize it's my own fault. I don't try very hard. My diet is better - but not great. I excercise the bare minimu. But last week I decided I will be better at both. I'm now training for a 5k...running 3x week plus still doing my yoga and walking 2x per week at lunch. I hope this will do the trick!!! If I don't lose 2 pounds this week, I will add 1 day of elliptical back in, too.
