I had plateaued between 65-67 for the past 2 months. started a 6 week vegan challenge on the 13th of June. dropped 3kgs to date. feeling less bloated. less heavy. can honestly say that am seriously considering this or at least stricter vegetarian diet as a permanent change.

Well done on breaking the plateau. Veganism definitely does wonders for health and wellness if done correctly, I transitioned from pescatarian to vegan about 4 months ago and see and feel such amazing changes happen. Never looking back. As someone who suffered with skin breakouts, migraines, fatigue and bloatedness, switching to plant-based has quite literally changed my life for the better. Overnight oats and breakfast - peanut butter, banana, chocolate protein powder, soy milk. Delicious. Avo on toast - amazing. Wraps filled with roasted veggies. Marinated tofu air fried with fried veggie rice. Soy mince bolognese with pasta. Smoothies. There's actually a lot of option out there, u just need to look at ingredients with different eyes.
