after yesterdays defeat I decided that from now on I will stop focusing on losing weight and start focusing on eating healthy again, maybe the weight gain was due to my body going into starvation mode earlier and when I ate 1500 kcal a day again I just gained it back (jojo-effect) so now I'll just try to keep on track and if that means that I just stay the same then so be it, I don't want to go back to how I was but I am already quite satisfied with my progress so far, everything has tightened up a bit :)

also since I bought my new drink bottle I oticed that I don't usually drink enough I used to drink 6 plastic cups of water every day and those cups weren't even completely full! managed to drink 1,5 l today I'll try to go up to 2l which is still a bit lower than you should drink but I won't force it n myself :)

also I admit that this decision was caused by my favourite game of thrones characters tragic death in this weeks episode which triggered a lot of depressive thoughts and actions which led me to think that dieting isn't the most imortant thing in the world.
(btw I started to watch the sequel to an anime I watched (to aru kagaku no railgun) and quite enjoyed to see the main character being clones 20000 times and then brutally killed, the murderer just riped one of her legs of wtf??? yeah so that was another traumatic experience.)
