This looks a-mazing! 

Isn’t it something how this program changes our definition of comfort food? ☺️ mine used to be a price of cheesecake or a big serving of salty, buttery mashed potatoes with gravy. Now it’s an XL banana! Even when I took my “day off” I found myself choosing healthy options. Annoying actually 🤣 

Oh daaang looks so good. I've vowed never to have poutine ever again until I reach my target weight. Used to eat it a couple times a week easily.  

@Grammalaura: Totally, I find myself thinking of ways to lower the calorie count even when I decide to splurge on something :) I guess it means were developing good habits that we'll be able to keep even when we reach our goal weight. @Troutymctrouttrout: If I could, I would literally eat poutine every day haha! You have a very strong will if you're able to cut poutine out completely :O

Yes I felt like I was 100 years old after my 2nd co -vid shot . really Tired and headachy 😐 

Yea usually the 2nd shot gives symptoms. My brother-in-law even got fever and had to miss work, and that man never misses work! Woah! 

My son, too. No problem with the 1st shot but the second one knocked him right onto his fundamentals! And he also is practically never sick. 

just got my 2nd n it wasn't too bad. felt a bit tired and melancholy. 

Interesting- my first vaccine caused aches no reaction to second one.
