today i writing a journal to remind myself how good i am doing...this is day 2 of week 8, i have never stuck to life changes for this long. i need to remind myself that i can and am making the changes and sticking to them. this is new for me and really it is a new me. old self i would like you to meet new self. this new self no longer makes excuses, this new self no longer accepts life as it is right now, new self no longer accepts watching life pass your old self by, this new self is going to stick to the changes that are being made. this new self will accept every down as an opportunity to gain momentum to get back up. old self, i want you to get used to this new self...because this new self see's the potential you have and see's the time you have wasted and is not going to let you do that anymore. the time for a better life started 8 weeks ago and we aren't going back now!
