So disappointed! But not surprised. Also confused. Was doing 3 days on, 1 day off at the gym rotating between upper and lower body along with at least 20 minutes of cardio each session. Didn't lose a thing. Trainer said I should be doing both although my primary goal right now is weight loss. Took last week off and am up 2 pounds. Was doing really well while locked down but since being vaccinated we're eating out a lot more. If I simply stuck to my main meals I'd be OK. Do 30 grams of protein for breakfast and lunch and a 30 gram drink after a workout but the nighttime munchies are killing me. I'll also divulge that I had sleeve surgery last September after a lifetime of poor habits and numerous attempts to change without success. This time last year was 370 pounds, 288 today. But I don't want to stop here. Any advice/encouragement greatly appreciated! Off to the gym.

You got this. Even though I eat very few calories a day, my weight goes up and down all the time so don't stress about it like I do.. lol. I also crave bad things at night. I drink a bottle of water and go to be early. You can do this!
