For a few days, not logging, not eating all that well, not caring -- but also don't seem to be gaining. If anything, my daily weigh-in seems to be on the low end of my current range. For various reasons, I've reached the limits on how much stress I can handle.

Sorry love, sending calming positive vibes your way... I have starting using centering and breathe focus which actually helps (I didn't think it would)..... I use the 1-3 min breathing focus meditation right now because I am extremely short on time and even more so when I'm in a stressful situation 🤣
