Hey Chakalina Günlüğü, 20 Haz 14

Oh jeeze. I have been trying to get back into it. I've been doing a lot of reading and studying old meal plans when I lost weight a few years ago. Overall, I'm not feeling too bad about where I am but I really want to buy new clothes and I don't want to spend a penny on size 16. I really need to be in an 8 or 10, but I'm afraid if I want to ever wear a bikini it should be more like a 6. I'm going to eat the 40-40-20 plan... I have a Jillian Michaels DVD and I also want to do some 30-day challenges. I'll have 10 weeks off this summer and really want to get right.

Anyone out there like me?
I'm a 190lb, 5'8", 37 year old lady... I guess I want/need to lose 40 lbs.
