Since you are not logging your food for every meal, it is hard to figure out the problem for the stall. If you are not eating enough vegetables, you might be low in fiber. If it is a matter of eating too many calories in the day, try to do some small things, like use 1 Tablespoon of salad dressing instead of 2 Tablespoons. Just because the bottle or package gives you a serving size does not mean you have to follow it.
