At my Dad's - so wonderful to be here. Haven't been over here in months! Very peaceful. A little too relaxing - don't feel like working out at all - :)
No scale so I am cold turkey until I get home Sunday night! A little scary since my daily weigh-in is my guide! Did good on food yesterday and swam a bit. Goal today is to go walking and do shred again. Maybe another swim.

Thanks to all for your kind words - just found out this morning my friends wife passed away last night at Hospice. Kids were able to fly out and be with her - she was a vibrant funny and young woman that was taken away much too early...

Sorry to hear about your friend's wife. I understand that, my mom died 2 years ago from cancer at the age of 53. They say the good die young and I am certainly a believer of that philosophy. Maybe being at your dad's is the best thing for you since it is peaceful and you don't have the scale...Have fun doing your swimming and walking.....

I understand anxiety about not being by a scale each day... even if I do not record, I tend to weigh in each morning to keep myself accountable and in check. I hope your weigh in when you get back is in your favor, but I am sure with swim it will be.
