I am doing well on my 3 month journey. It feels sustainable. I am 4 lbs away from my college athletic weight, but then I was 8% body fat, so I will recalibrate again then. I’m thinking about the most helpful changes: 1 A new digital scale with a phone app. 2 One cappuccino with whole milk a day instead of two, then espresso as needed. 3 A hot air popcorn maker, and careful with the toppings. Though last night I had it with one slice crisp bacon, chili powder, lime, touch of sugar, salt and lime. Out of this world, in the night I lost almost a pound, down to my lowest weight in years. 4 Gatorade Zero, as a substitute for snacks like chocolate etc. it’s fantastic as it gives wonderful energy for hours. 5 Hard and soft boiled eggs instead of fried. 6 working out with kettlebells, for about 3 minutes a few times a day, lots of reps to get the heart rate up and a sweat. 7 and looking at alcohol as if it is drinking molasses! 8 And zero fat Fage Greek yogurt. In all I feel very well fed.
