I had blood work 2 month almost a month later I got the results. my issues were iron and liver
the iron was coming back up but he wants me to take iron for the rest of my life. the liver he had me take a ultra sound and found it was fatty so he wants me to lose 10 pounds. I have lost 6 since then. I got 4 more to go. I am hoping to lose another 10. it is getting hard I get stuck at this last 4.

I’m so happy for your progress! I get my blood draw this week. I know I’m still pre-Diabetic, but I have truly started to apply what I’m learning and doing blood glucose readings daily to learn how my body interacts with food. It has taken me a while, but I’m on my way to health with all of you.
