Hey…I read your bio and we have some things in common. I just started biking again and bought some weights, but I wanted to give my two cents about alcohol. Rewind to July 1st and prior and I was a “go to the garage at 9pm and stumble out to go to bed when it was tough to stand up anymore” kind of guy. I started waking up at 4am and only bought two little 50ml shots per night and it didn’t take long to acclimate to a 10pm bed time instead of midnight or 1am. Take away three hours of drinking time and it’s amazing! Anyhow, I’m down to having two little 50ml shots twice a week now and it’s at the point where I don’t even necessarily need or want them. I didn’t experience any kind of withdrawal or anything which kind of surprised me, but I guess I weaned myself off without really realizing it. Anyhow…good luck!
