Ended by eating too much last night, ruining a perfectly good diet day. I feel like it's encroaching on this morning as well, and I'm munching. Day home with kids because son has a BIG book report to finish. Hopefully I'll be able to keep things level and not get out of control in the food department. I SOOOO want to get below 160!

You can do it! Maybe you're just thirsty? Being dehydrated can make you seem like you're hungry - sometimes I forget this!

Good luck staying on track today. Maybe chew gum all day! :) That 160 number is such a PAIN! I got under it, but I'm having a HECK of a time staying there and moving on! We can defeat that silly number!!!

Don't look at it as "ruining a perfectly good diet day". Think of it as a really good beginning that helped balance out a treat night. No worries. No beating yourself up about it. Balance is what maintenance is all about so you are learning important tools for the future that will ensure your lifelong success. It's all good!
