Weight loss is going great, I'm about 10 lbs from my goal!
I was thinking about doing a break for a month though, not sure yet. I noticed that I'm grumpy and tired more often for no apparent reason, and I think it may be caused by the stress induced by calorie cutting... I read that increasing my protein/carbs intake could help with irritability/fatigue. I annoy myself with my grumpyness, so I can only imagine how people around me feel haha!
Did anyone here experience this? How did you manage it?

Congratulations on the weight loss! How are you sleeping? How much caffeine are you getting, especially post-mid-afternoon? Your irritability might not have anything to do with your weight management efforts; I’d look at other common causes first I think.
