Biasanya aku binge eating itu di siang atau sore hari, kali ini pagi. Nggak tau kerasukan jin dari mana sampai bisa makan menuhin TDEE dalam waktu <1 jam 😅 Sarapan kali ini aku makan: 1. Bihunku rasa soto + aida + sawi hijau 2. Jeruk 2 buah 3. Eskrim Joyday Mango (karena bihunku-nya pakai aida-nya kebanyakan, jadi butuh something sweet 😁) 4. Ini makan besar lagi setelah makan eskrim, makan apa? Makan paha ayam goreng 4 (BENERAN 4!), nasi, dan sambel (Perutku memang amazing bisa nampung sebanyak itu and actually I can eat more if I want to 😅)
Do I regret that? Yes, I do, but just a little bit 😊. I'm still happy because my binge eating getting better 🤗 This is probably the first (and hopefully the only) binge eating that I did this week. I used to binge eating almost every day. So, this morning's binge is not very bad, right? 😁 I don't want to blame myself anymore, because at the end of the day, I only have myself. So I should treat myself nicely. And so should you 🤗
