Intermittend fasting / Calorie counting and ensuring you are in a deficit from what your maintenance daily calorie amount is.

Here is a suggestion. To get your ideal weight:
Step 1 you multiply your length by 2.
Step 2 then for the minimum weight you multiply step 1 answer by 20
Step 3 then for maximum weight you multiply step 1 by 25.
Your ideal weight is then in between these 2.
Depends on your age and how you look to yourself your weight will great between this range.

Need to get your heart rate up. If you burn more energy than you consume you have to loose weight.

I'm also in that predicament. I've been fluctuating between my heaviest 54kgs and 52kgs and want to get back to 50kgs... I know it sounds like a small weight but I'm only 1.5m so it makes sense.... I've been walking and jogging and started having morning smoothies in last two weeks and dropped my calories to 1200 a day and am seeing small differences.. just started so hoping by end of November I get to that constant 50kg

@samrose I have been thinking about jogging for a while just haven’t done it yet. I do know that smoothies have a lot of natural sugar in them and read once that they aren’t so healthy (I don’t know what you put in them though 🙈) so maybe if you try to count that out it could make a difference, just a suggestion xx
I’ve started fasting now, just ate at 12, I made a salad with roasted chickpeas. Will see how the fasting goes, hopefully these few kg’s disappear
