Well I'm back where I started, not complaining though as I knew the consequences of my actions. On another note I found out I'm pregnant again, I think that's what triggered my high carb eating. I will continue low carbing to the term of my pregnancy, Most High willing.

Not expecting to lose weight anymore as it is not my focus at this time. Just don't wanna gain over 25lbs. It is still very early so I'm sure I'll prolly lose for a while, by eating right. I still intend to walk daily.

25lbs??? I am 4'11 and I had gestational diabetes for my second pregnancy and had to follow their incredibly boring diet and still gained 28. I had just 5 to lose when I left the hospital. give yourself a range and be gentle. maybe 25-30? have a max so if you get close to it you don't get too hard on yourself. its also really good to see a nutritionist - they will tell you exactly how many carbs and calories you should take in while pregnant. it was a bit ago but I believe she set me to 2400 calories ( I don't remember the carbs)... CONGRATULATIONS! and yes walking is perfect and all you need to do until delivery. GOOD LUCK!

Congratulations!!! Go over your eating plan with your doctor and get his ok to make sure that the baby is getting the best nutrition.
