Made Day 2 with very little room for error. I noticed last evening my hunger craves were not as large as the Day 1 evening. I am sure the water has a great deal to do with this. BS is coming around very nicely went to bed at 7.1 and awoke to 5.8! Good having a buddy to support me through this as I hope I am supporting her...Thx Sheri1971!
