I think I have hovered around this weight for two years. I really want to lose the last ten pounds. But any tweak is too much. If I eat fewer calories for a day or two, I will be crazy hungry and overeat by the end of the week. Might have to give low carb a try as a last resort. Luckily for me, even 100g of carbs a day would be a huge improvement.
