My dad is visiting tomorrow, and I'm trying to pick a good restaurant to eat at. Any suggestions?

-It should be on the east side of the San Fernando valley.
-It needs to be atkins friendly for my sister (she ideally wants salad).
-It must have healthy vegetarian or fish options for me (low fat, low cholesterol, and low carb).
-It can't be overly expensive (ideally no more than $20 for an entree).
-It would be better if they serve alcohol.
