@Millimeter I tend to preplan some ever-present food components, so it fits well into a busy schedule. Eg. I cook at once and store in the fridge, the 3 eggs that I eat each week as well as enough veggies to last 2-3 days. The chicken (boiled/ fried) for the week is prepared also on weekends and defrosted as needed. Smoothies that make-up my breakfast are also prepared for 2-3 days too and defrosted as needed. Thus putting together a meal according to my diet only require a few minutes to add other fresh stuff like cucumber, avocado. Snacks like garden eggs, oranges, apples & carrots are ever handy. You get used to it after a few weeks.
