I made a Written Exercise Plan for Week 1: I looked up "Office Exercises" and recorded the ones that can be done with a minimum of privacy. Then I added 3 days/week of cardio (40+ min.). This time I allowed for bad weather, company at exercise time, etc.
This may seem like "fluff" for most of you but I do not want to allow any opportunities for failures for the first week. Increased challanges will be included with Week 2's plan.
