Well, I was told I have slightly elevated blood pressure on Friday and my doc thinks it could be my BCPs. Well, you know, I hope she is right but I think it could very well be my weight. Or both. So this week I have to go back a couple times to have it checked and see if it was just my stress that day I don't think so at all. Then I have a follow up next Monday. I did some research and I know bananas are good potatoes, greens(of course), and beets. Aside from the usual oats and such. So I'm eating beets at least a couple times and week now I think. I'll be picking some up. I quit my bad habit too. Almost cold turkey. Got more exercise yesterday too. I'm also going to cut back on my coffee. I don't eat a lot of salt or fats as it is so I must have to do some other changes. I guess I know if anything is helping by the end of the week.
