I somehow managed to consume 49 grams of fiber yesterday. I still feel so full that I don't know if I can physically eat breakfast today. I don't usually skip it, but I might have to

Wow I need more fiber what did you eat different to give you that much fiber?

Buenitabishop -- I'm getting more and more plants-based with my diet, and have upped my intake of whole grains and beans and cut down a little on dairy. I try to eat fish a time or two a week, but I only rarely eat meat. I already ate a lot of fruit and veggies. I got a big dose from some edamame -- didn't realize how much those had. Right now, my goal is at least 30 grams a day, preferably more.

Okay thanks for sharing I appreciate that beans is something I rarely eat .
