Today was my second session with the personal trainer. Upon entering I started my fitness tracker and after the session I burned 557 calories. Logging it made me realise that if I continue to eat unhealthy and making bad food choices, a session like this is for nothing. An unhealthy diet can't be out trained. I am going to continue logging my food.
Planning on walking over the weekend. And you all?
