Dweet Günlüğü, 08 Nis 11

Started weight training yesterday. Going to take my measurements tonight. Aiming to do weights with 15-20 minutes of cardio every other day...then on the other days 30 to 35 minutes of cardio. Going to up my calories to 1800 to 2000 a day. Going to give this some time. Hope to see some changes! Any advice is greatly appreciated.
I have been thinking about switching to Atkins. I have done Atkins in the past and had good results. We'll see what happens :)
