A goal of mine at this time is losing .2 lb a day averaged. When I get lower that won't be possible for me unless I crash diet which I'm not willing to do. I need to keep all of the little bit of muscle that I have, especially my heart. I had only been up to 136 once before in my life so I went over that by 2 lb this time plus I am 3 1/4" shorter now. I'm shrinking in height considerably. It's surprising that I'm down.6 lb today so I tell myself to not be surprised if it doesn't all "stick" in the next couple of days. I did the deed of gaining all this weight in just a few months (114 the end of June), now I have to pay the piper. A couple of days ago I put as a goal to lose 4 lb by Valentine's Day. Then yesterday I saw that if I really did average .2 lb I could go down to 128.5. I'm counting down: it is 27 days away. I like the idea of counting down, that's what I did for HealthyWage, and I was successful. It will be months before I can even start fitting back into most of my clothes.
