Yesterday was a lift day. I ate "Well" at 107% of my calorie goal. I have noticed that I need to eat "Well" more often to maintain my current weight since joining a gym a couple of months ago. It has been a challenge for this 69-year-old man to return to going to the gym on a regular basis but I feel blessed to be able to do so. I slightly exceeded my protein goal.
