It's only four days into the weekly report and I'm so disappointed in myself. Theres more garbage then good on my list. My macros percentages are the closest they've ever been 41% carbs, 39% fat and 20% protein. wish I could say I earned those numbers eating right. I've kept my caloric intake under 1200 everyday but I still feel like I'm failing myself this week. Down on the scale, macros spot on, but poor choices for the most part. I even had a smoke this week and I've been smoke free since the 13th of November. I don't have any major stressors in my life right at this moment which is lovely but I still feel stressed out this week. Suppose I'm writing all this just because I need to hold myself accountable and clear my head before I spiral. I'm starting to plateau and it's very discouraging, and I don't want to hinder myself after this much progress because I'm in a funk I can't seem to explain to myself.

It’s a juggling act that’s for sure! It takes a lot of practice to balance all your macros and also get enough fibre. Just keep trying, you will get there. Change (especially of long-standing habits) is hard! … and this is a pretty big change.

Remember you’re not alone in feeling that way. Although we all have different experiences, nearly everyone has felt this way some time or another. It’s about change; the fact that you’re on this app proves you want to do better for yourself and that’s amazing. We’re not going to be perfect from day one and by holding yourself accountable you’ll improve. Keep going, you’re doing great.
