I am just getting so sick and tired of getting heavier and heavier. I’ve gained over 6lbs this month and I’ve been eating better and trying to eating less, and I just so frustrated! I’ve tried calorie counting, but it’s just so much work and I make a lot of my meals from scratch and weighing/measuring every ingredient I use is exhausting! Does anyone have any advice on how to make calorie counting less miserable?

my husband uses a numberless scale program called Shapa. it focuses on your eating habits no food tracking. so far he is down 21 pounds. I prefer tracking my food but he doesn't. might be worth looking into
