That first 10lbs came off super easy and the second 10 wasn’t to difficult but after that this second 20lbs has been a real struggle a lot of ups and downs. I do good and then I have a few days where I want to eat & eat so them days I gain 5+ lbs back then I have to lose it again. The snow and cold isn’t helping it’s so blah outside. I am hoping the rest of the month is a little warmer, the snow melts and I lose 15lbs by the end of March I just want to be under 200.
