Day 4:

I've stuck to the plan so far this week. Noelle and I went for lunch unexpectedly today, but instead of caving and buying a big meal full of empty calories like I normally would, I got a small order of sweet potato fries and some water. I'm so proud of myself. Not only did I make a healthy choice, but I saved money too hehe.

I'm taking today off from exercise. I went too hard too fast this week and need to give the muscles in my legs a short rest. I'll be back on the gazelle tomorrow evening for my 20 minute routine. I've been slowly adding in extra exercise. I don't take the elevator at work anymore, and I check the mail more often just to get a few extra steps in. Every little bit counts I suppose.
