Be honest about what you eat. Document absolutely everything that enters your mouth.
If you don’t already have a food scale, buy one. There’s no accurate way of measuring how much food you actually consume with one. (There’s one that’s R100 at Game).
Eat food that you actually like so that you stay on the journey for longer. Just ensure it’s within your daily calorie deficit.
