Yikes!!! Obviously I need to get serious again. This summer was a killer... We moved and remodeled our house. Food was not a priority and I let the carb monster back in. Pretty disappointed! But the real problem came when I attempted to get back on the horse.... The bingeing started... I am making myself sick!!! Mentally and physically! I cannot do it anymore... Not only the feeling awful the mood swings..... The anger, the hiding and the heartburn. I have no clothes that fit I feel disgusting and all I want to do is hide and eat more!!!! Bad cycle. So here goes! I have done it before and kept if mostly off for 2 years a personal record. If anything I can chalk this all upto an experiment that I just cannot go back to eating carbs...

So far today the plus is, no food coma... Looking forward to more benefits!!!
