The first picture I weighed in at 91kg, and the last picture I weigh 89kg… this is a months difference. I was feeling discouraged that I only lost 2kg in a month, wanted to quit But pictures tell a different story. Let’s keep pushing❤️.

Wow. I looked at the pictures before I read and I saw a huge difference I can’t believe it is 2kg it looks like a lot in terms of body changes. Keep doing what you are doing 👍👍👍

It is the cm that count not the kg, did you know as you are eating healthier your bones actually becomes healthier too and you build bone density...that is why you will sometimes see you loose allot of cm and not kg. Just keep going. Remember you didn't gain the weight in a week....it took time to build up. In the same way it will take time to loose weight. slower weight loss is actually healthier. What you do today will show in 3 or 4 days not tommorow. Just make the Healthier choice each day. YOU CAN DO IT!
