Happy Wednesday!

Too busy to journal yesterday, but I still rode 86 minutes (23 miles) on my exercise bike, walked 6864 steps, and recorded my meals. I enjoyed my monthly lunch with my former coworkers. I was a little frustrated because they changed restaurants at the last minute. I had made plans for what to order from the first restaurant, but I had to make a quick decision about what to order (we order take-out and eat in the break room during rotating lunch hours) from the new restaurant without a menu. I asked the restaurant to make a wrap with turkey and swiss cheese and a small amount of cole slaw (instead of mayo). I felt like I made the best decision with limited resources.

Today's plans include another 80 minutes on the exercise bike, a kettlebell swing workout and at least 6,000 steps. I'll be joining GoodMan in Reed City to do some work on the house we have up for sale (we now have an offer and a back-up offer so hopefully it will be sold by the end of the year). And then we'll most likely stop at GoodMan's favorite Chinese restaurant to share an order of Egg Foo Young for dinner.
