Well first day down! I made it! This morning I am happy to wake up without a bloated stomach. And no sugar hangover. Yesterday wasn't so hard but usually it hits me a around day two and three, and then again about the second week. I realized yesterday even when I was trying to stick to low-carb I was probably still eating way too many without logging in my food. It's funny how you get comfortable and it starts creeping its way back. I keep thinking I can handle it I can handle it it's not very much. Then suddenly I'm more than 20 pounds up.
Here's to day two I have most of my food planned for the day so it should be a pretty good day. Also I won't have to worry about eating out.

That's my best advice...plan your day the night before or in the morning, then you can make adjustments as needed...good luck! Great attitude :)

congrats on making it thru your first day! i'm with socolova - i plan my food and log the whole day in the morning. i tend to stick with the same "regular" few breakfasts, lunches and dinners when i eat at home. i find it's easier if i don't have to think about what i'm going to eat! you can do this so hang in there!!
