yeah it can be tough if things aren't set up for it naturally. the thing that works best for me is routine! get off work go to the gym, gym saturday mornings...and I don't let myself think about it, and its something I schedule things around...so excuses are rare. the downside though is many nights I don't get home until 8 or so... It feels good, making yourself a priority!
