Weight up and bodyfat down a little, still overall within the "maintain" range.
Since we decided not to travel for Easter, the weekend wasn't too bad for overeating, although we did go out on Friday, and a few Guinesses were had. Nothing incapacitating, though - the lesson seems to have finally sunk in after a few decades. There was a -tiny- bit of Easter candy purloined on Sunday, but the post-weekend spike that's been going on the last few weeks was smaller this time around, so that's helpful.
Overall, I'm probably too worried about re-fattening; if the self-measurements I did last night are accurate, I've definitely gained some muscle mass since starting P90X - the biceps are apparently almost a half inch larger, the chest about an inch or 1.25, and the waist about a half inch smaller. So...I probably need to relax if the scale creeps up a little, since there isn't much evidence I'm undoing the progress that's been made.
