Well, against my better judgment, I gave in and took the crew to Wendy's.
BUT with a little advance planning, and being one of Those People in the order line, I managed to get a meal that was 370 calories, 19g of net carbs, 6g fiber, just 8g sugar, and 47g of protein. Could have been worse :)

It was an Ultimate Chicken Grill sandwich with mustard instead of honey mustard, and I swapped my own (yeah I'm a horrible dork) low-carb, high protein tortilla for the white flour, corn syrup "bun." And a small chili on the side instead of fries. Unsweetened iced tea for the drink.

Filled me up, too. Although I don't feel tempted to start eating fast food again more than once in a blue moon...
